![]() When the guitar is fully tuned, the bridge slightly lifts up (mostly on the low E string side) -The fretboard has some small indentations on the first couple frets from use There are a few light cracks on the body which seem to have settled and are not causing any issues that I can tell ![]() The guitar is extremely stable and tunes/plays nicely, but there are some issues as with all these guitars due to age. I'm not positive what kind of wood was used, but Brazilian rosewood seems to be typical for the back and sides. Based on my research these American Conservatory parlor guitars were made by Lyon & Healy and are quite scarce. The guitar has the American Conservatory stamp inside the sound hole along with 1894 carved or written just above it.
